The Blutcha Christian Fellowship was founded in 1986 by: Eld. Shelton Bertrand. Eld. Shelton Bertrand felt the leading of the Lord to start a ministry in the city of Parkersville, GI. After much prayer and fasting, the church was formed. Through prayer, witnessing, fellowshipping, and outreach, the Blutcha Christian Fellowship has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 1986 under the leadership of Eld. Shelton Bertrand. He is helped in the ministry by his wife Leah Bertrand. They work tirelessly with the help of the assistant pastor, Elder Otis Houck, and the other leaders of the church. The church joined the Greater Buelahland Fellowship in 1988. Under the leadership of Pastor Patrick Noah Miller, III, through the Greater Buelahland Fellowship, GI; the church has flourished significantly through its programs. The church has a number of ministries that help its members grow in Christ. The church's leadership team and ministry staff members are well trained to minister to the members of Blutcha Christian Fellowship.
